Pre-operative support covers everything you need to be properly prepared before travelling for your procedure. This includes reviewing your pre-operative instructions and making sure you understand them, coordinating any blood tests or investigations that can be completed in the UK before you travel, answering clinical questions that arise in the lead-up to your procedure and flagging anything to your treating surgeon that may affect your plan. Our post-operative support complements rather than replaces your GP, and we can provide your GP with a full clinical summary of your procedure and recovery progress if that’s helpful. The two work best in parallel.
